Arriving at East Midlands Airport When you depart your flight, please collect your luggage and once outside arrivals please call us on 01332 220 770 to arrange your shuttle bus transfer to our site at the Hilton Hotel. We offer a complimentary shuttle service for all our customers. Arriving at East Midlands Airport by train Head South on Kegworth Road towards the A453. At the end of Kegworth Road turn right onto the A453 towards the M1 junction 24 roundabout. At this roundabout take the Hilton Hotel Lane; this is the exit immediately AFTER the A50 Stoke/ Derby road. The hotel is located about 200 yards on the right. Dropping off your car at Green Motion East Midlands Airport The hotel is located just off the M1 at J24 roundabout, also called the Kegworth Interchange. At this roundabout take the Hilton Hotel Lane; this is the exit immediately after the A50 Stoke/ Derby road. The hotel is located about 200 yards on the right. Roads connecting to this interchange are M1 northbound and southbound, A453 from airport, A453 from Nottingham, A6 from Loughborough, A50 from Derby. Please note that the hotel can ONLY be accessed from J24 of the M1, Kegworth Interchange. The hotel is 10 minutes from the airport.

Budget at Nottingham East Midlands Airport is located a short distance from the main airport terminal. A free shuttle bus will transport all Budget customers between the Budget & Avis rental office and the airport terminal building. This takes approximately 5 minutes. The shuttle bus will park in the drop off zone directly outside the departure terminal. Customers are advised to call 0844 544 3022 or text 01332 650081 upon their arrival to ensure a prompt pick up.

Wonderful staff, so helpful. I was able to pick up my car earlier than anticipated and they couldn't do enough for me. Showed me around the car and explained all the gadgets and familiarised me with the car. I had to extend my stay and they were so helpful and allowed me to extend my hire without any problems.

Disappointed that despite stating the pick up point was arrivals hall I had to get a bus, dragging two cases to collect car in pitch black car park. Not very safe as a lone female. Very nerve racking

Customer service at pickup was dreadful. Wasted over an hour. Tyre pressure warning after driving for 10 minutes, had to deal with this myself after ringing the incident line. Not a good experience and have registered a complaint.

Car great and price. Staff at desk took far to long to check in and out. Was very rude on drop off. The man left me waiting outside at vehicle ( polish man ) served someone who came in after me told me to hang on they had a problem so I was stood outside waiting For quite a long Time. And on drop off was in and out same man and wasn’t made easy.

Cars are a bit scruffy and have an terrible air freshener it’s gives you bad headaches. But the prices and good. Put the air fresh in the glovebox and open a window. Rest location at the BP station in Donnington Services
