We were given a free upgrade to a VIOS. The vehicle has had a hard life, with a lot of scratches. It was very clean though. Thai Rent a Car staff were very helpful.

Thai Rent suprised and free upgraded me to the brand new Toyota Fortuner with less than 150km mileage! Wonderful experience with this car around the cities and places. Pick up and drop off experience were smooth and fast. Price is great comparing others. Will definitely revisit them in next trip.

Great single platform that provide view for all available choices and pricing comparison. Booking experience is easy and smooth. Only comment is the insurance which charged separately, is almost same price with the car rent although it's a discounted price. Overall is good.

Like: Actually, I return my car late about 4hrs+, due to traffic and took wrong route. And the staff was allow me to return without any extra charges. The car is good condition, one minor comment is the car should have come with the reverse sensor but the car model was given is basic Vios auto model. The car has a lot of scratches and dents spots, but the staff already marked down before passing the form to me, so I just need to double check, you don't feel like they will cheat you on car repair cost. This is good. Overall, this is a nice experience. Definitely is my choice to search for car rental in future.
