I explained to the staff that my flight was delayed by an hour and would appreciate it if they could speed up the process as my mother was seriously ill in hospital and myself and my sister were to go straight to the hospital, the Counter staff were rude and appeared to take longer than usual to go through the procedure and then gave me the wrong class of car, a Toyota aygo instead of a fiat 500L, when I queried this I was told it must be the right car. The vehicle fuel tank was only 5/8 full when it was meant to be full which meant I gave the car back with more fuel as it was hard to gauge 5/8. Worst experience with a car rental company I've ever had.

Took to log to get car. Drop off was easy. Shuttle said they couldn't take us to terminal 2 which is where our flight left from this was never mentioned anywhere

Booking was fine but it was hard ti fund the rental location
It was not a good experience overall. I was asked to deposit €2500 because i didn’t want to buy insurance from them.
I have insurance for rent a car from my insurance and from my visa.
Plus we have to wait 30 min to get picked up from airport.
Terrible overall
Car was clean and in excellent condition. Waiting time was quite long and could be better organised. Not much of a waiting area also had to wait quite a while for airport drop off.
L’agence nous a attribué une Toyota Yaris qui est un véhicule plus petit qu’une Polo ou une seat. Du coup, avec 3 personnes et 1 bébé, nous avions peu d’espace pour nos valises et les accessoires bébé (siège auto, lit parapluie). Nous avons demandé à nous attribuer un autre véhicule de la même catégorie mais notre demande a été réfutée. Le personnel nous a répondu de prendre une gamme au dessus et donc de payer plus cher. Du coup, je ne suis pas vraiment satisfaite de Surprice rente qui a été peu compréhensif sur la situation

Rien à dire sur Easyrentcars. La réservation s’est faite rapidement et nous n’avons rencontré aucun problème
It was on the avegage level. I am not satisfied with the staff, they were not flexible, i could only leave the deposit with one bank account and so i had to pay 300 EUR insurance fee to cover the deposit.
The rental process is terrible: the waiting time, conditions (no air conditioning and seating area), return process (I had to chase the person receiving the cars). The rental staff treats you like you owe them something, not respectful and ready to provide a service you have paid for.
Besides cleanness, cars technical condition is deplorable: 1st failed on the second day, 2nd had a punctured tire, 3rd had a missing wiper blade (which I discovered on the road - serious safety issue). The 3rd was a smaller size luggage space and we had to travel with a seat blocked by suitcases. I had to pick up the 4th car 70km from my destination and spend 1/2 day on the process. I left a 1/4 tank in the process for which, I have not been reimbursed - I was told to contact Easyrentcars. I will never use Surprice again.

Easy pick up although another desk person would help speed up the process. There were 2, and 1 was tied up with an elderly couple the entire time we were waiting.

Very fast and easy online process to book a rental. I would use Easyrentcars.com again.
The car was good. After being driven to pick up location. It took 4 hours to get the car. This is unacceptable it was 32 C outside, not a place to sit down or a place to get a bottle of water
Waited over 2 hours to rent the car. They charged my card over $1500 for insurance when I told them my credit card covers any additional accident protection. When I rented the car, I explained I would be returning the car on thurs July 25, not sat July 27. They said I would still have to pay till July 27th even though I returned it 2 days earlier. I want those two days refunded back to me, not a good way to do business

The online process was fine, didn’t realize the nightmare I would face using surprice in Lisbon !
Cannot recommend. We waited more than an hour and half to collect the car. The lady who then attended to us was ruse. They also charged us additional insurance even though we had hours which ended up costing more than the actual rental. The ca itself was fine but never again.
