Hard to find the place because Internet said was in Moorehead on Majn street

The car had been upgraded for our arrival. The check in was very good by Doreen in Melbourne Fl. who explained everything fully and emailed photos of the car bodywork. She commented on our level of insurance cover so NO pressure sales. Would definitely use again.

Qeeq was easy to booking with. We booked the extra insurance cover and joinedt the Diamond Club. Maybe the reason we got an upgraded car.

Margarita at the Hertz counter was lovely. Very friendly and helpful. Got me a lovely car as this was my second time during my trip getting a car from this location. No pushy sales either. Very easy to walk across to from the Terminal.

I had a very smooth and easy booking process at a great price. I had a few queries and it was very easy to speak to a live person during online chat. I will definitely be using QeeQ again if prices remain competitive.

Pre-ordered baby seat wasn’t in car at pickup, had to drive 30 min to another Hertz outlet to pick it up. Very annoying.

Our fault I guess but the pick up point was not close by Chicago City Centre and our Lyft driver had a little difficulty finding it. Staff at the centre were helpful as when the SatNav arrived the holder for it was not compatible with the unit. One of the ladies gave us her car phone holder which did the job to a fashion but the unit was prone to falling off it. Expected better when paying upwards of $300 for the satnav rental. One big issue for us was that after a few days the car system alerted us to low air pressure on front os tire. I topped it up at an airline but thereafter we we had to top it up each day at the start of our days travels which was a bit of a pain. The car performed well enough though throughout the journey. Car was a Jeep Cherokee and was big enough for our needs.
