Great staff let down by the car.

Staff very pleasant, even though they were busy.

This is 2nd time to use Easyrentcar. There have been no problems so far

My family are standing on the bus shelter for about 45 minutes. The company did not have a vehicle big enough to take the two adults and four small children. After waiting to get the car I was told I had to have insurance otherwise I was not going to get a car. I have hired cars from all around the world this is not the case. I explained I had an insurance policy that didn’t seem to matter despite showing him my certificate. The car had a great big dent in the side of it. Fortunately I took photos of the car before I collected it. The representative Aaron told me it doesn’t matter because I have insurance. I explained to him the dent already. He was not interested as I had insurance. There was one member of staff trying to run a business give lifts and answer the telephone. Absolutely terrible.

This company is terrible. I always try to avoid them. They trap you and charge you lot of unnecessary stuff like excess insurance for not providing some documentation. This time they did not have the car I reserved online. They were still have availability online but were very rude on the phone. Refused to pick me up and did not cover for excess amount of money I had to pay to herz

Car, staff and value for money all excellent. Far too long to get the car-1.5 hours is unacceptable in my opinion.

Short staffed caused much inconvenience!!! Took hour and a half to pick us up at the airport then another half hour before actually driving away, could have got a bus to our destination in this time!! Tried to convince us to take out "extra" insurance as not covered on the one originally sold to us (as usual for hire car companies!!) Promised a free upgrade for the inconvenience and also extra fuel, Upgrade was the car we probably would have got anyway and we paid over the odds for the fuel as full to empty but still took it back half full so the company profited all round!! On dropping off our car at the airport, short staffed AGAIN (even though 1 staff serving 1 customer - took an age as the customer was being ripped off as was told there were previous rental issues even though there wasn't) and then asked to take the car to Travelodge and walk in freezing wind from there to the airport. NOT A GOOD FIRST TIME EXPERIENCE!!!!
