Fastest and most efficient pick up and drop off that I have found at Heathrow ever-and I travel a lot and have hired many cars.Car was ready and clean and performed perfectly for the entire 25 days

For some reason Easy Rent Cars were cheaper than going direct to the car firm. Didnt use the price drop protection but checked many times and never saw cheaper than when I booked.

“Disappointing”

Our flight was delayed by a day so our original car wasn’t available and we were told only an upgrade was available costing $$$ over the original quote. Very disappointing as I rang QEEQ prior and was advised the same or smaller car would be available It cost me $700 extra over the original booking for 4 days hire !!!

We got stung by Europcar as booked car not available despite advice received from QEEQ rep it would be. We missed a day booking due to cancelled flights but no credit provided

Not good. The car broke down. I had to get myself to Birmingham airport to pick up a new one. New one had a warning light on. Left my sunglasses - $250! in the car and no response to return them.

Terrible experience with Europcar. Bad communication on return location and issue with faulty car which has still not been resolved. After returingn the car to the correct location I was sent threatening letters over a 48hr period because they had not checked the location and were accusing me of not returning the car.

The counter staff member was very efficient and well trained but the offer of an insurance at "only" twenty pounds per day was frankly astonishing and insulting. This is a very unpleasant "rip-off" practice at car rental offices always but this price was exceptionally brazen.
