Car exceeded expectations but a little disappointing that I had to travel so far from the airport. Overall it was a good experience and easy to hire. Would use again

Nothing could have been better and the price protector calculator worked its magic which made me very happy

Did not like the very very very hard sell by OK Rent staff for their extra insurance which was double the cost of the car hire. Even when I showed them that EasyRentCars had insured all the things they were trying to sell me and they totally dismissed the extra Insurance I took out in the UK to cover the Excess. And other customers were suffering the same problems, unpleasant. Otherwise OK Rent a Car were very good.

Stay sway from this company. Price is cheaper, however the experience at the rental place is terrible. 1. Good luck to have find the shuttle once you are at the airport. Then, it is not coming every 10-15 min, but more like every 30min or more. It took us over 1hr from when we got our luggage 2. You finally arrive at the rental place, take your ticket and be ready to wait for your turn. Another 1 hr 3. Car was great 4. Drop off. Be ready to also spent time returning the car and wait for the shuttle. We almost missed our plane. Plan at least 2-3h 5. I would pay a little more and rent from another company

It was the worst rental car experience ever. We waited more than two hours to get to the counter and this was after we paid an extra $18 euro to get moved higher in the line. Everyone was annoyed, upset and it was awful.
