Before taking the car, we checked for any scratches on the exterior, and their staff proactively marked them on the form and reminded us to return the car with a full tank. They also marked a 24-hour gas station on the map for us. When returning the car, we were worried about the early time (5:30 AM) causing delays, but as soon as we parked, a THAI representative arrived by car. The entire process of vehicle inspection and checkout took no more than 15 minutes.
今回のレンタカー体験はとても楽しかったです。非常に便利で、店舗は空港の到着ロビーにあります。手続きを済ませたら直接空港の駐車場で車を受け取れます。Thai rent a carは地元のレンタカー会社で、店舗は24時間営業のようです。サービスのスタッフもとても真面目で責任感があります。車の状態も良好で、パジェロのディーゼルエンジン版で、走行距離は2万キロ以上でした。車内は非常に綺麗です。受け取りは夜でしたが、スタッフは車の全体にある傷を丁寧にマーキングしてくれました。
唯一の問題は、返却が夜であったため、空港近くのガソリンスタンドが見つからなかったことです。夜10時以降、プーケットの多くのガソリンスタンドは閉まっており、24時間営業の所はあまりありません。最終的に燃料代と給油サービス料金を追加で支払いました。
