Horrible car experience, Not where I booked it from

The processing time was short, and the staff were very patient.

The car was very new and easy to drive. It comfortably fit 3 people and 4 suitcases, and it was fuel-efficient. The vehicle was in great condition, with only 19,000 km on the odometer. Both the pickup and drop-off procedures were very convenient. The staff provided quick service.

We rented cars from Ezi for the entire trip in both the North and South Islands, and the cars were in good condition. We will choose Ezi again next time.

The staff had a decent attitude

The car rented from Ezi was in average condition. It had already driven over 140,000 kilometers when I picked it up. The air conditioning was poor, but luckily, it's not too hot in New Zealand during summer. After a few days, the cigarette lighter charging function also broke and couldn't charge anything!
