Calm

A very pleasant car rental experience. As soon as you exit Los Angeles airport, you can take their free shuttle to the rental office. The cars are nice, and even the same models seem better equipped than those in China. When returning the car in Las Vegas, I didn't know and thought returns could be made in the city, so I took many unnecessary detours and wasted a lot of time. Reminding everyone to handle car returns at the airport in Las Vegas.

Excellent as my flight was delayed

I found it hard to go back and fix the time of pickup. A review page to fix mistakes would be great

The staff, and everything was very professionall. I would do it again with Hertz.
