I called the agency’s number on the contract to change slightly my pick up and drop off times but the automated system had glitches and I couldn’t make the changes. I wasn’t able to talk to a person and it kept sending me back to the beginning of the choices and changing into French although I chose the English version. I kept wondering had I had a bigger problem if the costumer service would have solved it or not.

Nous sommes arrivés à la gare TGV à 14h30 et n'avons pas pu retirer notre véhicule avant 16h00 alors qu'il était prêt.

Over 1.5 hour wait to pick up the loan car. Huge queues. Unexplained €60 fee on drop off. No explanation just "thank you all done" and handed a receipt. Did not notice the charge until I later checked.

Hertz n a pas voulu faire le tour de la voiture pour vérification des anomalies éventuelles De plus ils m ont compté une rayure sur le Pare-Choc arrière-droit qui était déjà présente quand j ai pris possession du véhicule Mais comme je n avais pas envoyé la Photo ils n ont rien voulu entendre, car je m en suis rendu compte 1 H après mon départ et dans le Contrat il était stipulé qu il fallait se manifester dans les 3/4 d heures maximum pour envoyer les Photos Du coup , j attends le verdict si je dois être facturé ou non
