I watched her interact with another (older) customer ahead of me..and she went out of her way to make sure everything was understood..including how to exit the airport and assisting in directions. I felt it was above and beyond what I normally witness or experience at any rental type situation. Sholanda is a true asset to your company.

I had a very good experience. I booked a mid-sized car, similar to a Camry or Altima. They gave me a Hyundai Elantra, which I guess is considered a similar type of car. The car had over 10,000 miles on it, but it was in good condition.
