i had a rather run down abused car at this location, apart from the bonnet and boot, every other panel had a ding or a dent on it.

The MYR1000 deposit collected was not necessary as you have my credit card & can block it just like hotels do.

Booking was easy no issue at all.

Although waited quite a while to get the car, their customer services is still good.

I would prefer to communicate via phone call more than whatsapp when pick up the car.

Like: Good condition on the car
Dislike: They had no idea how to install the carseat even we already paid rm120 for that carseat service. We end up putting it on ourself bcoz they took too long and no idea where to start in order to install the carseat.. We install the carseat ourself and untill we sweat.. Should we get back some of our money?

Very difficult to reach them as I’ve arrived earlier and tried to call them request to pick up the car in earlier time but no one answer the call. There was no counter/kiosk could reach them. Please improve this service. However, the car condition is good and feel comfy with it.

Easy to make booking through their apps

Counter staff is very helpful throughout the process and even help us to highlight the car scratches that we didn't notice. The whole. Process is smooth no matter is the returning or collection of car. Fuel provided is full as promise, and the car is new on road witgout exceeding 20k millage.

Car conditions getting old.

EPTA should has inspected the car thoroughly before hand over it to customer. I found out the tyre was in bad condition (pls refer to the pic attached) on the first day when I was on the way up to Kundasang. I had to replace it with spare tyre for the safety reason. Couldn’t imagine what will happen if I didn’t realize it and continue the journey! in fact, all the four tyres has reached out their life span!

No issues, car was very scratched, tip they should tell people about the parking voucher system

I left my sunglass after returning the car. The staff, Calvin assist me and returned it. Trusworthy! Thanks

Very good car. Xavier who handled our hire was very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

The car was quite new & clean, I'm very satisfied with the condition of the car. Customer service was polite, very helpful. However, the whole experienced almost got overshadowed by the drop off process. The staff was late for 45 minutes, which in turn makes me almost late for my flight. I have had better car rental experience in the past, where staff responsible for pick up/drop off will often contact/whatsapp me as soon as my flight landed.

The platform is easy to use. Convenient to purchase additional rental insurance.

Although the car looks small but the leg room is good. It is also a very new car with only 1500km clocked when it was handed to us.

Easy to book with app voucher. Should consider more discounts for returned customers.
