They sold me insurance I never needed or asked for. They called it deposit but never paid the money back. I have private insurance. The affirmed They will pay the money back after dropping off the car. In front of witnesses. It’s a fraud.

Want my money back please. This people are Thieves. Wanted to charge $140 on top of what i hace already paid. Wanted to charge $2000 to my credit card and block it. All this for a 12 hour car rent. Goldcar. Horrible service, tried to take advantage of you. Never use this Rent-a-Car Service. Thieves! I didnt use their service at the end. Went with AVIS. More serious people.

Hello. Im renting another car today with you guys (AVIS) because of the horrible experience i had yesterday with the thieves at GOLDCAR. Rented for $25 a day. GoldCar said i have to pay $150 a day. They blamed on you. Would you please refund the money for the “rental” i didnt do yesterday. (Ref 71452633). Carlos Mora (Confirmation # 16987537) I did not use their service for their awful way to trick people into pay hundreds or thousands for nothing, and they blamed EasyRentCars for all my troubles. Please remove these gangster from your app. Thanks.

Counter staff helpful. Tried to sell extra insurance but did not persist when I said I already had collision damage waiver. Helped set up sat nav in English. Car was dirty and the back covered in big patches of dried on bird dirt.

Price drop was easy and saved me a little .

Need to improve on Vehicle Availability as offered me alternate Vehicle due to non availability

Inter rent staffs: - lied to me about the amount of the deposit ( said 1400€ rather than 1089€) and the time they’ll hold the deposit (28 days rather than 5) to sell me a insurance. - they changed my ”full tank to full tank” contract, already paid, for a “flex” contract with extra fee. - Told me the insurance I bought when I made the reservation was not really covering the car.

The seller Fooled us by saying if you take the full insurance you pay 108 but basic insurance you pay 48 . But in the end I paid both ! No one helped me with that but I’ll make sure of speeding my experience to everyone I know ! This was SCAM

Will never ever rent car again from this company. Didn't answer phone, poor description of pick up location. No sign no info other than couple of line in booking confirmation that was not even good English. I will not recommend it too anyone and write my objective review online as well

We have used Goldcar before and are happy to recommend them to anyone.

Everything was smooth.

I felt that their purpose was to get extra money from me. I told them I might go to the neighboring country and they said I would have to pay an extra $224 euros for insurance. She told me it was on page 8 of the contract in extra fine print. Then when I returned the car, I was charged 30 euros for a scratch below the car. He pointed out very minor scratches around the car. Again, like he was searching for a way to get extra money. It was very uncomfortable.

N'existe plus, le box vous indique d'aller au box goldcar qui ont soit disant racheté interrent la personne voulait m'obliger à prendre des assurances pendant plusieurs minutes, faisant mine que les miennes n'existaient pas, que le bas prix de ma location ne pouvait pas les inclure, après négociation et tentative d'appel au service client du site qui m'avait vendu la location, il a finalement reconnu que mes assurances étaient bonnes et qu'en ce cas il y a aurait une caution sur ma carte, ce que je savais déjà. Il m'a été facturé un flex fuel que je n'avais jamais demandé (18€) mais qui était déjà coché sur son ordinateur, c'est de la vente forcée, j'ai essayé de la faire sauter et puis j'ai lâché l'affaire, je leur ai laissé me la facturer tellement ils me font de la peine à vouloir grappiller des euros...

Personnel de l'accueil GOLDCAR totalement incompréhensif.

I would never use Centauro again. the price I paid was 10x the price I booked when I got done getting charged for "insurance" that I was not allowed to decline (even though my credit card insures my rental). I was charged numerous other fees and then had to argue when i returned the car over whether the tank was 75% or 70% full.

Friendly and efficient staff. Quick pick up and drop off. No delays, no issues.

Easy to use and find a good price.

The delay to pick up the car (that wasn't the quasqai because it was broken, we got a Kia Sportage that was in WAY better shape) was way too long. The Quashqai wasn't ok to go, so it made us lose precious hours of our day. Except that everything was very nice. Also it should be clearer at the airport where to take the shuttle.
