Hicimos una reserva online a traves de EasyRentCars. A la hora de recoger el coche nos informaron de algunos problemas los cuales para solucionar teniamos de pagar de 50€ en 50€ para solucionarnos algo (exculpandose en q al haber echo la reserva con intermediario ellos no podian modificar nada..... Pero si pagabamos, si.....jajajjaja). He ido de forma amable a pedirle un poco de ayuda al encargado y de forma muy soberbia y prepotente respondio q no se metia en ello (aún sabiendo q llevábamos dos horas intentando solucionar algo sin exito), q no se pensaba salir tarde para arreglar el problema; una vez salia del local dicho encargado le dijo de forma un poco descarada y delante de todo mundo al chico q nos atendia q si no solucionaba nada en una hora mas q nos dejara asi ( la verdad q he trabajado en atención al cliente, tengo mucha paciencia y entiendo q el empleado no tiene culpa y q el encargado se quisiera ir..... Pero todos nos queríamos ir al final....creo q hay formas y formas.....al final el encargado se fue y dejinel marron a otro empleado q de forma mucho más amable logramos llegar a un acuerdo). En fin, para mi la actitud del encargado fue completamente lamentable, no tiene ni carisma ni paciencia
Attente très longue pour récupérer le véhicule, personne non formée, "pression" effectuée pour prendre l'assurance en plus, obligation de prendre des photos du véhicule pour ne pas être surtaxé.
Worst customer service ever, stood in que for 3 hours to pick up car. Un helpful staff, car was disgustingly dirty with tire pressure light on. couldn’t complain as I would have been waiting another 3 hours to get another one.
They sting you with paying for the full tank of fuel in the vehicle and then a 'service charge'. The usual trying to upsell which gets boring to listen to by pushy desk staff.
The car was fine, but picking it up was an absolute nightmare. I had no idea a rental car company could be this bad. When we arrived, there were maybe 15-20 people in line in front us. From the time that we arrived, to when we actually drove off the lot was literally two and a half hours. The young woman we dealt with at the counter was very nice, but the whole place was grossly understaffed, and her co-worker was strolling around like he was at the beach. Truly a dreadful experience.
The car was in a different bay and location of where I was told and the documentation given. This caused a big delay and made me go back to the terminal, which was not ideal as it was already late and my son is 4 years old. Apart from the pick up problems, the signage for drop off is insufficient and poor and was acknowledged by the staff member at drop off. I would like to know if Dollar are prepared to offer a full explanation and some offer of compensation.
The promised car Mercedes MB class was not available and we were offered Audi Q2 at an additional cost. Since, both fall under intermediate category to the best of my understanding, I would like to know the rationale for additional charge. Otherwise the booking and pickup process was fine. The drop-off was smoother as at the time of pickup, the person was not readily available.

The portal was user friendly and showed options that were not available at other sites. I am happy with the services and would like to book again. One thing that can be done better is the inclusion of filter of vehicle transmission and refinement of existing filters.
C’est tout simplement catastrophique! Le personnel au guichet est d’une insolence et d’un manque de respect envers tous les clients jamais vus. Mauvaise humeur et complètement impolis et malhonnêtes. Je n’ai jamais vécu une expérience aussi désagréable. À éviter absolument!!
I chose ACE company to avoid renting with companies with poor reviews. Unfortunately, it turned out that ACE is used only to cover up the fact that you are renting with Gold car ( bad experience in the past) that in fact is using Rhodium cars ( very poor reviews). I could have rented with them directly for a lower price, but I wanted to go with a more reputable company. This practice is very misleading and this experience was rather disappointing. Expensive rental, hard to find at the airport, long line, extra tax charges, claims of having no insurance even though papers claim that I boight a basic one.
J'ai dû régler 93 € d'assurance à mon arrivée et on me proposait même de régler 200€ pour une assurance plus complète. Ce n'était pas mentionné dans le contrat que j'ai signé. Un gps m'a également été facturé alors qu'il se trouvait dans le vehicule. De plus, j'ai rendu la voiture le jeudi matin 22 août et espère un remboursement des 24h non louées.
Staff didn’t have a clue about several things. Couldn’t find a car for us, couldn’t explain the requirement for all the additional charges, had to change the car so had to wait longer, car was battered. Charged us a diesel tax fee but gave us a petrol car! Awful

Beaucoup trop c attente plus de 1 heure, de plus sur place une facturation de 200,euro de plus pour une assurance , le personnel ne parlant pas bien français, du mal à se faire comprendre , cette assurance aurai pu être évité c est dommage mais comme toujours le touriste n a pas le choix.

We struggle to get a car confirmed to be large enough to carry our luggage. This is in part due to the requirements of my disabled daughter.
Dollar "upgraded" the car, however in truth this was not an upgrade and we struggled with luggage space.
