CAR RENTAL REVIEWS ON BUDGET IN SAN FRANCISCO

Car was super perfect, we loved it! Counter clerk wasn't quite friendly, but there was really a lot of people waiting for cars, so I suppose he was a little irritated.

Booking platform worked fine, price protector didn't do anything for us. I suppose price was OK in beggining.

Car had a big dent in the door and a cm wide gap between the front and the back window (so it wasn’t water right). The inside of the windshield was filthy.

Car was different to the car requested and budget were unhelpful when the pick up location was different to that on our booking form. Car also has oil service message come up straight away but we were told this was ok to take regardless of warning message.

I had bad experience with them, they do not have car which I booked, and they downgrade my car!! from Chevrolet Tahoe to Ford Explorer!!! and I came to them at airport 2 times to change my car, then after huge efforts with costumer services they gave me Ford Expedition!

Short wait. Excellent service. Great car.

Lors de la prise de voiture, le premier employé de Budget a tenté de me proposer plusieurs options supplémentaires que j'ai refusées en lui demandant de s'en tenir au contrat souscrit. La voiture fournie était une petite Kia qui ne correspondait pas à mon attente. Il m'a fallu retourner au comptoir ; la deuxième employée que j'ai vue a d'ailleurs paru surprise, et m'a immédiatement fourni le modèle Elantra comme précisé sur le contrat. Était-ce une employée qui faisait du zèle ou une directive de Budget ?

O carro demorou a ser entregue. Aquando da entrega, não foi dada nenhuma explicação sobre o respectivo funcionamento. Tudo bem na entrega.

When we got there the car wasn’t even back , then had to wait for it having a quick wash and a vax so we was 39 minutes late , when it was ready to collect it looked as if had not had a wash as it was still mucky . Plus it only had 3/4 of a tank of fuel, but I returned it full , lady behind the desk was a bit rude so overall the service of the rental was poor from budget end .

For some reason i was charged extra 5 dollars. The guy at the counter couldnt explain why. He just said i have to pay it

Nous avons été mal informés par une agente de Budget à San Francisco qui nous a redirigés, malgré nos explications et contrairement à celles de l'agent qui nous avait confirmé la procédure de retrait la veille, vers un autre point de retrait, ce qui nous a occasionné des frais de taxi imprévus. Heureusement, l'agent qui nous a reçus à l'autre point de retrait nous a très bien traités et a surclassé notre réservation pour compenser !

The car was very dirty inside, it was quite disgusting. There was a gap between the front and rear windows

Upgraded from Jetta VW to Chrysler 300, with additional USD15 per day. Like the service provided by Carlo upon check in and he recommended an upgrade which I agreed. The car was an pleasure to drive. Unfortunately, left my sunglasses and phone holder when returning the car at SFO rental car park.

So far so good

The car broke down and the customer service was terrible and in fact the recommendations made by the customer service team were dangerous - they told us to drive it when the vehicle was not in a drivable condition and could have caused a huge incident if driven.

I reserved Medium SUV but they upgrade me luxury. Ford Fusion with navigation helped me too much Thanks
