Never use this!

The counter staff never got the info from your agent that our plane was landing at 2:20 instead of 1 They wanted to charge us extra and then they realized it was less than a 2 hour difference. I was not aware that we needed to bring our insurance card. The list was not clear.

Did not have the vehicle that was confirmed on my order which I needed and the reasons I specifically requested a certain vehicle type. The vehicle I was ultimately forced to take was filthy and head damage and 3 of 4 sides. I learned later that the vehicle I was confirmed has never been a part of this location's inventory.

The car smelled of cigarette smoke from the previous user. I'm not a smoker and this was disgusting. I was shown the car from the outside but not the inside so I was not aware it was that bad. Also, the quote was not billed. Instead I had to pay more and this was not made clear in the search process for your service. I had the insurance coverage I was supposed to have and should not have been billed additional fees. I would use this service again due to convenience, and I'd know to get in the car before leaving to be sure a smoker had not used the car previously. If... you can honor the quote given. I need to come back again to that area specifically and would hope to use your services, but not with the over billing process.
