The car was of good quality, however a warning light continuously sounded as an oil change/top up was due. The car was not clean upon pick up.
Europcar pick up service was a disaster. We had to queue for over two hours just to pick up the car, with no explanation or offer of compensation. There was not an unsurprisingly large amount of people in the queue - rather there were only two members of staff (there were 8 desk areas) who were very slow. This was completely unacceptable and I will not book with Europcar in the future.

最初は少し不安でした。海外のサイトでこの店舗は悪評が多く（ただしナポリの他の国際レンタカー会社とも評価の差はほとんどない）、しかし実際のレンタカー体験は非常に良かったです。車の受け取りはスムーズで、隠れた料金もなく、スタッフはQEEQで保険を購入したことを知っても、彼らの保険を強引に販売することもありませんでした。車自体は非常に新しく、走行距離は数百キロ程度でした。車の返却もスムーズで、保証金もまったく差し引かれませんでした。注意点として、ここでは主にディーゼル車が利用されており、給油の際にadblueを追加する場合もあります。この点は、国内でガソリン車を主に使用する運転者が慣れる必要があるかもしれません。
