Bait and switch

From the time my plane landed until I was in a car, TWO hors had passed. There was over a 45 minute wait for the shuttle alone. This was a quick trip into and out of Orlando, which made a delay like this totally unacceptable. I also had to call my insurance company to prove that I didn't need their expensive insurance.

The wait time to be picked up to the office was too long. Staff were not customer friendly.

First of all, I got had to wait over 1h to get the shuttle bus from the airport and I had to call three times to finnaly get picked up and once I got to the pickup location the young kid in the counter was so roud very and kep saying I have nothing else to do and that's all we have! So I booked a small sedan car but instead he gives me a pickup truck that use a lot of gaz I use to put 40$ a day just gaz and get over charged for the insurance.

Need more staff to check out.

I had a great value for a full size vehicle. The price had drop even lower than when I booked.

Car had 2 bad front tires. Also was charged hidden fees.
