The pick up guys are NOT present in the airport unless the customer calls them up for pick-up, STRANGE ! I spent almost an hour waiting :( The car was shaky a bit when driving on highways.

They did not have record of the insurance we had already booked with easyrentcars, and they tried to make us purchase it again. Besides, they offered us a device to pay for tolls but they were unclear with the price until we were about to pay.
