My booking is for a Toyota Camry but i was told that all their Camry are out so they gave me a Hundai Accent. I told them i don't want a Hundai but they said they don't have anything else. I don't have any other choice but to take the Hundai. I was expecting for them to give me an adjustment on the price i paid. I hope my point and would expect a credit from you. My reservation was for 8:00 pm. When I arrived at 7:30 pm, the facility was already closed. I spend over 2-hours trying to get a hold of someone. When I called the local number, it just rang and rang. I finally got a hold of someone at the corporate number. They told me to wait 5-10 minutes for someone to pick me up to get a car. After 20 minutes, I gave up and rented from another rental company.

Booked a Jetta but got a smaller Toyota Corolla. Slow service.

It was good.
