My reservation was for 8:00 pm. When I arrived at 7:30 pm, the facility was already closed. I spend over 2-hours trying to get a hold of someone. When I called the local number, it just rang and rang. I finally got a hold of someone at the corporate number. They told me to wait 5-10 minutes for someone to pick me up to get a car. After 20 minutes, I gave up and rented from another rental company.
