Vehicle was in very bad condition The inside has not been cleaned at all. The counter staff added the option without asking me. i make a claim She said she'd do it again On the contrary, he acted very angry with me. And he wrote the contract without the insurance that was actually included. As I knew it was a big company, I expected it, but it was the worst experience.

“A value for money car rental experience”

Nice and neat car. Spacious for our luggage requirements. Relatively new vehicle. No queue at the pick up counter. The only downside is that the car pick up counter is located at the basement at a location away from the airport and hence it was inconvenient to reach there with so much luggage.

Back seats unsafe, came off runners. Didn't realise until back at hotel which was a 45 minute drive. Take away cups and tomato sauce sachets left in car.
