Good service good value

Quick and easy and my car was ready right at the door.

Easy and good value. I had to change my booking dates 2 weeks before collection and this was easy ad smooth.

Everthing good from the time of arrival to pick up car to driving the car and returning it to same location in Mitchell Canberra. Prior to arriving to pick up car, I rang to check if all things ready to go. Customer service agent tone aclittle abrupt. Before driving off, we were just given the keys. After driving off it appears that the car had cuise control, but we were not shown how to operate it. It probably had Sat Nav but were not shoen it. I used Siri (Google) voice command on my phone instead. No problems starting car in freezing conditions. Great plus: the car, a KIA Cerato had done over 20,000 klms but looked brand new, spotless inside and out and clear windows and windscreens, inside and out....a 10 for presentation.

As It was the 1st time I rent a car with Hertz, I had to pay a $500 deposit that was returned to my account 2 days after I'd returned the car.

Was very easy to use.

Way to expensive and only 200 km/day included. A few days before I returned a Kluger, 40$/day, everything includedm/day included ... This one was x5 as expensive.

The only comment was that i ordered an X-Trail and got a KIA, which is quite considerably smaller and was a challenge getting 4 suitcases into it.
