The value for money was incredible

Interrent, owned by GoldCar owned by Europcar. I always find that when you book with Interrent rather than Goldcar you get a superior car or at least one with better spec. I booked a BMW 1 Series or similar, I could not have been happier with what I received, Brand New Mercedes Benz C-Class Auto, immaculate car in red. One of the best cars I have ever driven, full of new technology and incredibly smooth to drive.

Fast easy to use APP, prices used to be better than other companies but since it changed to QEEK they are not, they do have a price guarantee if you can be bothered with the hassle of that.

Easy to find counter in the airport terminal, no queue, paperwork sorted and key in hand within 15 mins. Almost new Seat LEON in very good condition. Overall very impressed.

I think you get what you pay for and it was very good value for money, however there is a very hard sell that you need to take out their insurance despite that we had taken separate insurance. You also have to give a credit card with a Euro 1000 deposit as I did not take the insurance. Also the fuel is a slight of hand and you will pay £22.50 for returning with a full tank ie which is still a cheaper option than returning empty. Car had about 20 points of damage which I had to record before taking the car, at the time I was picking up the car it was late at night and the car parking was poorly lit so it was difficult to access the condition of the car. I moved to a better lit area and took photos.

Like: The car I ended up renting was a completely different car from the one I rented and so my price ended up more than double of what I payed through the website ... that said, I fell in love with Fiat 500 convertible.. I found parking everywhere I needed it. And I loved driving in the mountains with the roof of!!
Dislike: The massive attempt to make me buy more insurance and I felt pressured into upgrading to a different car.
