Very unhappy and the Europcar girl was hopeless at dealing with the issue denying any association with the problem as the booking was not made directly. She then failed to give us the map for the return of the car. In Geneva finding the French side is very tricky and it took us over an hour of curcling the airport to find the place. In the end we picked up the map from the Swiss side and managed to return the car. Overall in an industry of continual gotchas this one was well up there.
