The counter staff was very courteous, Mr. Michael took over from his colleague and engage with us. He also did explain the car condition at the pick-up point and the drop-off point when returning the car back.
However, this Proton Saga Auto economic edition should equip with central locking for customer's safety and the tire pressure must be checked as well. The car dashboard also needs to be clean as it was dusty.

This booking platform is very efficient and easy to use. I'm afraid the Price Drop Protector didn't work for me perhaps I believe I booked the car 5 days before my departure. However, Easyrentcars.com should allow customers to key in their legacy airline membership no in order to earn the miles. It has to be a win-win situation for customers and Easyrentcars.com.

The car was lousier then previous rental. And the car is high fuel consumption not like previous car. Drove way less then the distance yet need to pump more petrol.

I really need to comment the excellent customer service from this company Galaxy Asia. The counter staff speaks good English and explains every process to me clearly including the deposit which he swaps my cc and show me it's just for pre-auth. Reaching the car, he will also help to identify old marks to ensure i'm not responsible for it. I wanted to give tips for their excellent service but was rejected!
The car was fine. The staff at Europcar however weren’t helpful or friendly. In the email instruction i received, I was told to show the confirmation without printing out. When I did so, the staff said they needed a hard copy and I didn’t have a photocopier and emailed my copy to them instead. I then presented my drivers licence and they said they needed my passport as well. Having travelled from the city center to the airport to pick the car up, I asked them if they would send the car to the city as I wasn’t advised to bring my passport in the email. I offered to pay extra for the service. The staff said no and ignored me when I asked for other alternatives. I had to take another grab car downtown to get my passport and returned to the airport. In order to pick up my rental car, I had to pay 3 times out of my own pocket for the Grab rides. The staff could have been a little more helpful. It’s not an experience I’d like to repeat. It’s my last time renting a car from Europcar.

I ordered a more expensive Myvi but the Europcar offer me a lower rental fee car Bezza. Excuse is Myvi is all rent out. If that's the case, it shoud not appear on website that Myvi is still available. I told the airport staff but they can't do anything. While returning the car, the provided phone was not pick up cause I have to leave the car in traffic ticket risk and goto Europcar counter to call someone for car return check.

Car rental website is easy and smooth. But like I comment on Europcar, different lower rental fee car is provided.
Waited for a while during pick up as the counter is empty, the staff shares that my booking in their list was at 12pm but I stated 1130am and provide my flight detail. They are also unaware of my request for a child seat. So if the pick up is on time and with the childseat attached, it will be prefect.

Very helpful staff. Quick and efficient service. Car had lots of small surface damages on pick up but staff were helpful in marking all of them to avoid any liability on my part.
we have to step hard on the accelerator to get the car moving. Car is spacious, aircon is cool, petrol consumption is economy. Overall value for money.
There was only one counter staff and she was not at the counter when we arrived. She was away from the counter for 10mins as she had to settle a dropoff of another customer.
Collection process took approx 15 mins which includes paperwork and brief intro to the car. As there was another fellow customer before us, the total waiting time was approx 25mins before our turn.
Total time to collect the car was approx 45mins.
