It was all excellent. Rental options were great..!! Overall superb..!!

Booking process was quite easy, convenient and user friendly.

Always give the vehicle a one over even a 2nd & third over- it would be unfairly bad if a cust. is held responsible for the previous condition of the vehicle ex. cigarette ashes something that one could be charged for. Overall- I would rent again, was not disappointed ‘

There was only one person at the desk serving 8+ customers that took a long time to pick up the vehicle.

Like: We had a problem with the car- the windshield cracked from a pebble in the road and they directed us to the nearest rental place and replaced the car.

Easy and efficient - great value for miney

The biggest and really only problem was the entrance for returning the car at Newark airport. It was non-existent. Missed it. Followed great signage to the general area but nothing when it came to turning in. Very easy to miss.

It took far too long (more than an hour) to get to the service counter to be issued a car. The car was fine except it seemed to have loud snow tires at the end of May. These made the ride a bit rough.

Dislike: Some difficulty to find the car rental in Newark airport based on address given . Also , we were asked additional payment to be given the signal equipment in case of problem (red triangle etc) and I think this should be included

Car was great, staff at checkout and drop off were great. Only thing that I wasn't expecting was checking the vehicle for damage and filling the vehicle report myself at pickup.

Expectation was good, great vehicle, needed to be more cleaner.

Great price for the vehicle. Reservation was booked last minute and was completed without any problem.

I rented the car based on your promised price of $55.18. When I got to the rental counter, the representative gave me a price of $80.55 for the same reservation I had made through you. I asked why the difference. Her response: taxes. I said taxes were included in the original reservation. When I refused to pay $80.55, she said she had no more cars and I was essentially stuck, just having completed a 24 hour trip, ending in Newark. So I took the car for $80.55 but am going to dispute the difference with my credit card company. When I returned the car and received an itemized receipt, it showed three separate amounts for various things like emergence road service, premium road service, etc. that I had never accepted, or even been asked to accept. The Dollar agent should be fired for her lies.

They charged me a higher rate than I agreed to through easyrentcars. When I showed them my prenegotiated rate, they said they would only match it if I could show them a daily rate in my confirmation, which it did not have. It only had a total rate. When I got the car, I noticed that they had not cleaned out snacks left by the previous renters. Finally, after driving off the lot, I noticed damage to the underside of the passenger rear view mirror, which was covered with electrical tape, which blended in well with the car’s black paint. I told Thrifty about this damage, but they wouldn’t tell me if it was pre-existing damage they knew about, or if I needed to do anything to document it. Now I’m worried they will try to charge me for it.

Your service worked great, except for Thrifty changing their price on me at the counter.
