Car was not as advertised or even remotely similar, of the model I chose not one was in car park for days meaning they simply were not truthful about range, car was damaged & in poor condition
I was charged more than agreed price by 110 euros for no reason
Picking up car was long & painful and returning car was nightmare with again long waits & total chaos, I returned car full of fuel but was charged again regardless - altogether disappointing experience
The whole process wasn't good. After I paid for your extra cover that meant nothing to the actual hirers and they wanted another 80 euros to cover again Plus a full tank on return. So your advertised price for car rental was not the price to pay all up. I didn't end up renting the car in the end and spent 9 hours in Jerez waiting for a bus.
