Take the escalator down to Level 1 and follow the signs to the car rental counter. Please ensure if your rental pick-up location is at KLIA1 or KLIA2. Our staff will assist you with the booking process. There is a 10km distance between KLIA1 and KLIA2. Our company has rental counters at both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 for your convenience. Make sure your flight arrival terminal matches the location of the rental counter. For pick-ups outside of operating hours, please contact the outlet in advance.       We upgraded to a bigger car when picking up, and the trunk was very spacious, as shown in pictures. There were many of the same models on the street, but the power was lacking; the car struggled uphill with four people. Due to a rescheduled flight, we returned the car earlier without any issues, paid an additional 50 MYR for the overtime fee.       This company is a scam! We received a car that looked like it was about to be scrapped. After getting the car, we felt something was wrong and wanted to return it, but the rental company insisted on giving us this car and said there were no other options available. We nearly got into an accident at the Kuala Lumpur airport roundabout because the brakes weren't working properly. Less than 10 minutes after leaving, we were pulled over by the police and given a ticket. The officer said the car's insurance had expired and it had two unpaid fines. This scam company is run by an Indian owner. If you search for this place on Google, you'll see it marked as a scam with numerous bad reviews. The owner rents out junk cars hoping customers will get into accidents so he can charge them a huge repair fee, and he is notorious for not refunding deposits. We were so scared after the near-accident that we didn't dare drive anymore, which resulted in a significant financial loss as we couldn't cancel our hotel reservations and the rental company offered no compensation. Be careful and avoid this place at all costs!

      Extremely poor experience. I had to rewrite my review twice because my call wasn't answered on time. I decided to share my experience to help others avoid this. I specifically chose this globally top-ranked rental company, which was more expensive, expecting better service. However, the local service was terrible. I selected an option for two drivers, but when I arrived, they said it wasn't allowed unless I paid extra. Despite the clear information on both the e-voucher and printed voucher, they insisted on calling the boss, which required me to call the rental platform numerous times. Since the rental point was in an underground parking lot with poor wifi signal, I had to make international calls that kept dropping. After several attempts, the rental platform advised me to let the local staff talk, but she refused as she was attending another customer. I had to wait for over ten minutes and make another international call. She still didn’t take the call but suddenly said two drivers were allowed. Ridiculous! The car they provided was much worse than what was stated in the contract, with scratches all over it. It felt like they gave me a damaged car because I had full insurance.

      I prepaid all the fees in early January and called in advance to confirm. However, when we arrived at Kuala Lumpur Airport at around 10 PM on February 5th, the rental company told us that there were no cars available. We were nine people, including elderly and children, with a lot of luggage. Can you imagine how I felt at that moment? The next day, they told us to pick up the car from another rental company in downtown Kuala Lumpur. I went there in the scorching heat, only to find the gates locked and no one working. Can you imagine how I felt then? My entire itinerary in Malaysia was disrupted. This was my first experience using your service! Now I am asked to rate and select a car before I can submit my review. Fine, I'll randomly choose one, but you did not fulfill your contract. I reserve the right to further appeal and expose this issue online!
