Pick-up Instructions: The Asia Car rental company's KLIA 1 branch is located at counter 18 inside the airport terminal. Look for the Galaxy Asia Car sign to locate the airport counter. After collecting your luggage, proceed to the arrival hall in Terminal 1 and turn right in front of Gate 5, then take the elevator to the 2nd floor. Follow the signs towards Block C and Block D parking spaces, then turn right to cross the parking lot until you reach the final wall. Enter the Block D area where there is an elevator to Level G, take it down to find the rental car counter. The distance between KLIA 1 and KLIA 2 branches is 10 kilometers, make sure to arrive at the terminal building where the pick-up counter is located. There was no service counter at the store, and they didn't inform us about the pickup location in advance. The car didn't automatically disconnect the power after turning off, causing the battery to drain and the car couldn't start. The delay in handling this caused us to waste half a day. Excellent, no flaws. The car had 40,000 kilometers on it, and we drove 3,600 kilometers in 2 weeks, spending 480 on fuel, which was very economical. There were no issues with the vehicle. Malaysians drive by the rules, and the parking lots are spacious and easy to park in. I am used to driving right-hand drive cars, so there were no problems.

We upgraded to a bigger car when picking up, and the trunk was very spacious, as shown in pictures. There were many of the same models on the street, but the power was lacking; the car struggled uphill with four people. Due to a rescheduled flight, we returned the car earlier without any issues, paid an additional 50 MYR for the overtime fee. The staff were always available for any issues during the rental, with good service and quick responses. Both pick-up and return processes were thorough and carefully explained. Having rented cars in many countries, this was the best service in Malaysia. Hope the pre-authorization gets released soon. The fuel prices here are incredibly cheap; it would be a waste not to rent a car.

I booked a four-cylinder Saga but was given a three-cylinder Bezza of a different model. We had a lot of people and luggage on this trip, and the three-cylinder car was really underpowered! Also, I booked insurance at the time of reservation, but the rental company kept insisting we hadn't. We ended up buying another one because we didn't want to risk it, even though it wasn't expensive, it was still a bit annoying.

This company is a scam! We received a car that looked like it was about to be scrapped. After getting the car, we felt something was wrong and wanted to return it, but the rental company insisted on giving us this car and said there were no other options available. We nearly got into an accident at the Kuala Lumpur airport roundabout because the brakes weren't working properly. Less than 10 minutes after leaving, we were pulled over by the police and given a ticket. The officer said the car's insurance had expired and it had two unpaid fines. This scam company is run by an Indian owner. If you search for this place on Google, you'll see it marked as a scam with numerous bad reviews. The owner rents out junk cars hoping customers will get into accidents so he can charge them a huge repair fee, and he is notorious for not refunding deposits. We were so scared after the near-accident that we didn't dare drive anymore, which resulted in a significant financial loss as we couldn't cancel our hotel reservations and the rental company offered no compensation. Be careful and avoid this place at all costs!

Initially, no one answered our calls. Later, we had to take a Grab from K2 to K1, where they said we were late and wanted to charge a waiting fee. When returning the car, we contacted them an hour in advance, and called again as we were approaching, fearing we'd miss our flight if there were any delays. The return process was fairly smooth.

The car rental company provided no service, only handed the car to us. The overall experience was very poor. The staff lacked integrity; they gave me a fast pass card and asked for a 100 yuan deposit. When returning the car and card, they claimed they only received 50 yuan as a deposit. Since they didn't provide any receipts at the time and there was no surveillance, I had no way to argue.

When returning the car, I realized I had left my phone behind and asked the staff for help, but they were uncooperative and had a cold attitude, which made me suspicious. Extremely poor experience. I had to rewrite my review twice because my call wasn't answered on time. I decided to share my experience to help others avoid this. I specifically chose this globally top-ranked rental company, which was more expensive, expecting better service. However, the local service was terrible. I selected an option for two drivers, but when I arrived, they said it wasn't allowed unless I paid extra. Despite the clear information on both the e-voucher and printed voucher, they insisted on calling the boss, which required me to call the rental platform numerous times. Since the rental point was in an underground parking lot with poor wifi signal, I had to make international calls that kept dropping. After several attempts, the rental platform advised me to let the local staff talk, but she refused as she was attending another customer. I had to wait for over ten minutes and make another international call. She still didn’t take the call but suddenly said two drivers were allowed. Ridiculous! The car they provided was much worse than what was stated in the contract, with scratches all over it. It felt like they gave me a damaged car because I had full insurance.

Pickup counter is located at KLIA Terminal 1, but it was not clear on the Voucher. We had to figure out after reaching there that we need to travel to T1 using bus to pick-up. Took ~25-30mins to reach, and another 25-30mins for car pickup. The car provided was old, didnt have Apple Car Play or Android Auto.

The rental was through Hertz. There was a bit of a wait because someone else was picking up a car when I arrived. I picked up the car on January 24th, two days after my birthday on January 22nd, and Hertz had prepared a birthday gift, which was very thoughtful. January 24th was also Chinese New Year's Eve, and Hertz had a New Year gift prepared, which was very considerate. The service staff were excellent.

I prepaid all the fees in early January and called in advance to confirm. However, when we arrived at Kuala Lumpur Airport at around 10 PM on February 5th, the rental company told us that there were no cars available. We were nine people, including elderly and children, with a lot of luggage. Can you imagine how I felt at that moment? The next day, they told us to pick up the car from another rental company in downtown Kuala Lumpur. I went there in the scorching heat, only to find the gates locked and no one working. Can you imagine how I felt then? My entire itinerary in Malaysia was disrupted. This was my first experience using your service! Now I am asked to rate and select a car before I can submit my review.
