Pickup from Branch or Car Park & After Hours Pickup

The pick-up point is located on the pick-up zone lane (opposite to the 7 Eleven store), at the 3rd arrival door on the 2nd floor of KLIA2 main entrance. T1 counter: For customers arriving without plane. T2 counter: Please call the office upon landing at KLIA2 and our staff on duty will advise him where to meet up. Tel.:+603-8787 1736 There will be extra charge needed to pay on arrival if you pick up the car out of hours.

Very friendly staff and very easy to pick up and drop off. I also called them to check fuel type and they were very helpful and knew the car well when I couldn't find the lever to open the fuel cap.
