Customer service needs to be improved. This is my second time with Europcar and probably the last time.

The car wasn't exactly what was advertised but it was pretty similar. And the car was in really good condition. I would recommend it.

Check the windscreen water reservoir has water in it.

Location of counter was extremely hard to find even though staff were extremely helpful.

The driver seat was tilted and uncomfortable, eventually giving me back pain. No shuttle to the terminal us a big obstacle. I was almost late to my flight. Return address was not clear!!!

Car did not have electronic toll pay which put me in dangerous situations a few times on highways

Booked for pick up at 12 midnight KLIA2. Staff passed me 2 pages of their list of bookings and asked me to find my own name. Couldn't find my booking on the 5Dec and 6Dec list. Staff then took my E-voucher and checked in the office. Came back 5 minutes later for my IC and license. Back again another 5 minutes later with documents in hand for registration. Hand gestures were not friendly. Kinda threw my IC and license back on the counter to me. Did not explain anything on the documents and just asked me to sign at the crossed areas. After done with deposit, staff guided us towards car park to retrieve vehicle. Car was full of scratches. Interior is dirty as well. Cup holder has biscuit crumbs and hair. There's a constant sound of metal rattling in the boot during drive. Whole process of picking up the car was done without a smile from the staff. Was determined to never rent from Europcar again. However, the staff at KLIA1 during drop off was very kind. Triple checked if we've taken all our belongings from the car before leaving.

I changed my flight and need to contact Europcar in KLIA to change pick up time. Firstly, the phone numbers listed on Europcar website for the KLIA station is either outdated or outright wrong because when I call many times but no answer. Write to Europcar website with all the booking details Multiple times and I heard nothing back. When I posted my dilemma on Facebook, a friend who was going through KLIA was kind enough to inform Europcar ground staff of my change of pick up time, and she said change is notes and the car will be ready at the new pick up time. When I landed, the car was not ready, and they claim to have no record of the change - I ended up having to wait close to 2.5 hours before the car arrived and I ended up missing a number of appointments.

We collected the car during midnight, there is only one person working. Thus make the process slower.

Can’t be easier to rent a car. Very efficient and fast processing. Car returning is just so easy, just park the car, return the key and ready to go.
