You can walk to the counter of PARADISE - Klia T1 car rental.

Paradise Rent A Car is located at T1 terminal, Ground Floor, Block D, just a 5-min walk from Bus Station. Please call the rental store if pick up after se1ected time. An extra fee will be charged if you pick up more than one hour late.

Return to the Store, Car Park or Key Box & After Hours Return

Please return the car to T1 Terminal parking lot(Address:Lot 05, Ground Floor, Block D, Car Rental Parking KLIA, Selangor. Malaysia) If return car after se1ected time, an extra fee will be charged. If return car after office hour, please call the rental store and make an appoinment and an extra fee will be charged.

The car given was in a fairly run down condition with a faulty fuel cover that does not open without having to use the key to pry it open and the indicator that show door not close is also faulty. It is discounted but not worth the effort in renting a car like that.

Great staff courteous and helpful. Only suggestion I would make is work on your maps and instructions for pick up and drop off. I have rented twice now with them and both times I have had to call the office to find both pick-up and drop off locations in Car Park D! For drop off, for example, there are two entrances to 'D'. One is marked D the other isn't but has Car Rental returns over the entrance. The problem is that you pass the one marked D first and so immediately turn in. There is no way in or out once you are on the ramp!

The car was not cleaned and there were a lot of dents and scratches on it. The rear lights were broken but worked, the handbrake light kept coming on when you went on bumps or uneven road surfaces. The booking said pick-up in terminal but it was a building outside the arrival terminal and you have to walk with your luggages to it. On departure, you have to drop it off at the same place and walk back to the arrival terminal and go thru to departure. No issue if you have only one bag. I have no complaints against the staff, both of them were very nice and accommodating. Here's hoping that the company will update their vehicles.

No staff at the counter when drop off so had to call the number printed on the Form and waited about 10 minutes before the staff turned up. When we pick up the car we were told that the staff will be at the counter when we drop off. The car's suspension is bad so we felt all the road bumps and it makes squeeky noises. Will not recommend this rental company.
