Everything went smoothly. I wouldn’t say you can guarantee a car model as we had a Toyota Corolla not a Toyota Yaris. However, we were more than happy with the Corolla. Just a question for future, GO took a bond of NZD2,500.00. If the car or windscreen got damaged, what are the pitfalls of trying to get that back from QEEQ under your insurances?

Like: Easyness by which staff assisted in changing reserved car (from smaller into bigger as had too much luggage at very reasonable price
Dislike: Nothing to comment here. (But if at all maybe the location Nav had difficulties indicating road system-most probably through the building of news roads not yet processed in the maps)

Like: Friendly and chatty staff - nice relaxed and efficient atmosphere. Reassuringly clean office and vehicles.
Dislike: Don't like the insurance up-sell. Not sure if the vehicle was limited to North Island use only. Didn't matter on this trip as only intended to stay on North Island - just not sure what the implication would have been if we wanted/had time to visit South Island.
