2 weeks after my trip, some "admin fees" have been charged on my credit card. However all the fees were supposed to be included when I dropp off the car (tank was full, no dammage etc...)

Dislike: The deposit is blocked by my bank in my account and I can not have the money, I’m still waiting email showing the deposit was released It can not be like that, especially when is aed 3883,00... And I need this money This procedure is not good.
