Easy car rental good, actual car rental company not so good

About Routes: 6.7 /10
Vehicle exactly as booked. Pick up process was took about 10 minutes but getting the car took another 15. AND it wasn't clean. Had to wait an extra 5 minutes for a wash and the floor was not vac,d, windows dirty. For the price, good value, but Routes needs to streamline their operation. Drop off took about 15 minutes as that was also another painful process. Shuttle service was good comparable to others. Also make sure you have a copy of your insurance

We waited a long time to get the car, the staff at the counter and on the phone were not very friendly. The car was not very clean, they hosed down the outside while we were waiting, the inside was dusty and dirty. The prices were really good.

They never want us to drop of. They leave us at 8pm at the rental car with no solution exept to walk and take a train at 20mn with our luggages

“After a bad start everything was good”

Had a long wait for pickup from airport Was offered a car that had a cracked windscreen and still to be cleaned I refused that car I enquired about another car on the lot was told it was unavailable. Eventually got another vehicle sitting on the same lot!!!
