Great booking process and value, however the car could have been better cleaned + shorter wait time

The waiting time took quite a while, but the pick up process was straight forward. My only feedback was that the cleanliness of the vehicle was subpar and I had called to complain about this. I called 5 times about the dog fur that was not cleaned up, and Amrit (customer service) said she would pass on my message to the manager and that they would call me back. I never got a call back, and had my allergy symptoms throughout the rental because of the unclean car / dog fur.

“Probably wouldn’t use again”

The car was fine. The radio wasn’t very good, but it was clean and ran fine. The wait to pick it up was over an hour once the shuttle dropped me off. You cannot use a debit card or cash for the $500-$1000 deposit. They also do not accept discover card. Read the fine print and you probably won’t have an issue.

Booking was fine and I was auto rebooked to save a few more dollars. Overall, it was good, but the rental company mentioned that they are. It fans of 3rd party booking.

“Great experience”

“I was not able to get the rental car booked. Had to wait in the line up for 1.5 hrs.”

Could not get a rental, after waiting in line for almost 1.5 to 2 hrs. Very disappointed. Just a waste of time.
