The car was nice and pretty new but it was not very clean. There was a funny smell in it, like humidity... I tried to leave the windows open but it kept coming back. Also there was some dust and marks of what looked like someone opened a can of coke on the car... Even the mirror had those stains...

The pickup and return process was very smooth. You don't need to go to the counter to return the car. You can do it directly in the parking lot, the company's staff checks the vehicle and swipes the card immediately.

Our booking included inssurance automatically thetefore I could not decline to be covered by my visa card and ended up having to pay extra for remaining coverage since the card does not give full coverage if partly provided or purchased!
