The car was fine. The radio wasn’t very good, but it was clean and ran fine. The wait to pick it up was over an hour once the shuttle dropped me off. You cannot use a debit card or cash for the $500-$1000 deposit. They also do not accept discover card. Read the fine print and you probably won’t have an issue.

Booking was fine and I was auto rebooked to save a few more dollars. Overall, it was good, but the rental company mentioned that they are. It fans of 3rd party booking.

There was a long wait time to get the car key after the registration is complete. None of the staff cared about telling how long it is going to take to give the key.

“disappointed. I book a Honda "civic" & got a Kia "Fonte"”

Not enough staff to serve the guest. I wait more than half hour to get my car even though that day is not a busy day. no long line up. Also the condition is change if you are BC resident. (mileage limitation : 300km)

Like: although it takes a bit to get there from the airport via pick-up service. It was a very good price for the SUV I had reserved so this extra time was ok for me. It's a reduced to the max rental place with office in a Container, but everything went smooth! top Car, friendly & helpful staff and a little upgrade. Thank you Routes Car!
