disappointed. I book a Honda "civic" & got a Kia "Fonte"

This was a great rental experience. Wonderful service and a great car.

It was very good. We were 4 people with 4 big luggage and had a great car (Jeep Wrangler) to support us all, at a fair price.

Went smoothly.

Everything about the rental carloved the booking platform and iI was great except for the fact that they need more personal at the pick up point. There was a long line up when we arrived to pick up which took a long time to get through. Once we got to the front of the line the process from then on was good.

The booking platform was great to use and I even ended up with a price reduction.

The car exceeded my expectations because the nice lady at the desk gave me their newest and best car so I got a Kia Forte which was a lot better than what I had expected. The shuttle to the airport on return could have been better because I think there was some miscommunication and they ended up leaving without seeing us waiting. Luckily I did not miss my flight.

It’s great. Such good value and decent customer service.

Like: I was surprised what that I paid so little for a good car. Everyone else was 2 times as expensive.
Dislike: Nothing
