Hertz couldn’t find our reservation. Said they were having an issue with reservations stating with the letter J. Took 30 minutes to correct.

Like: The staff was fantastic. The help at the counter for both pick-up and drop-off was wonderful. The gentleman that was cleaning the cars at the time of my drop off even found a pair of sunglasses and quickly ran them down to me at the desk before I finished checking out. A+ all the way!

Like: Enjoyed the experience so much I thought about filling in a job application to deliver cars to agency from airport! The employees were all friendly. Out in the garage and in the office.
