Great value for money.

The shuttle pick up from the airport was a little delayed, however our flight was also delayed which may have caused a bit of confusion. The customer pick up service was courteous. He had completed the paperwork and the vehicle inspection prior which eased the time spent checking the vehicle. I did a cursory inspection. The vehicle was clean, spacious and although it was a bit dated, this was not a problem as it worked perfectly for our needs. The vehicle drop off was smooth and we were dropped off by shuttle at the airport without any issues. I highly recommend Yesaway for future car hire. Thank you

The booking platform was easy to use; the price factor was a plus for me. The vehicle I booked worked perfectly and it was as described on the booking site. I was concerned when I did not receive follow up communications about my booking, however communications eventually came through as my travel dates got closer. We hired a Yaris and it was awesome! Cheap, easy to drive, comfortable and smooth. Pick up from airport was easy, drop off was easy. I’m going through Yesaway again. I think they will be my one stop rental car shop from now on. Twice hired through them and both times very successful.

The staff were lovely and even offered us an umbrella to keep in the car as rain was forecast. The Mercedes car we booked was involved in an accident a couple of days before we arrived but we were notified in advance and adequate replacement was provided with fuel included. It was refreshing not to deal with the big corporate rental companies.

Dislike: この店舗の問題ではありませんが、私はこの車のシートで長時間運転していると、重度の腰痛となりました。
