事前に追加運転手を含む料金を支払っていたのに、店舗で車を借りる際、レンタカー会社から毎日5ユーロの追加運転手料金をクレジットカードで請求されました。その後、会社に苦情を申し立て返金してもらいました。 借りた車の鍵のボタンがうまく動作せず、車内からロックしなければなりませんでした。車を受け取る際にはしっかりチェックすることをお勧めします。
