Car full of scratches before the rent
Surprised that at return there was a discussion or difference in opinion between us and the rental company, whether scratch number 51 had been there before or not

I still did not get back my 1000 EUR deposit. I dont know if you are actually reading this, but if you do, could you please call them, tell them that I am a customer and not a bank, and I need my money back? I returned the car fully fuelled in mint condition, the least they can do is to return my deposit on a timely manner. - On a separate note, the location they provide on the drop off spot is misleading (they say its on garage level -1 but there are two separate garages on -1 and we went to the wrong one.) Thanks.
The car rental was very cheap compared to other companies. The conditions of the car was ok, I mean, u get what u paid. Overall experience was ok. Just that, staff are not in the office all the time. We need to call them first, then only they'll come.

all OK, however I believe I was not happy that they charged me for a scratch which you can't notice at all at the time of picking up the car. Not myself nor the staff could have seen this. I am surprised the staff noticed this when I dropped back the car. I told them this is hardly anything and not at all caused by me, it must have been there already. When I took the car it was evening so you can't even notice it. They did not want to believe and charged me Euro 558 for something which if they want to fix is negligible amount. I am sure it is so negligible they will not at all fix and keep as is. You can't charge such a huge amount, it is not reasonable and not fair in any sense. I
The counter staff MARK seemed rude and arrogant. No customer service etiquettes were observed in him. He wasn’t polite at all in his conversation and behaved as if he is doing a favor. Totally disappointed with the experience.
