Great friendly helpful staff, car was very comfortable and spacious, no complaints. Had to call on arrival as there was no sign of the meet and greet but they turned up promptly, otherwise delighted and will definitely use again!

Super bad service at goldcar I like to be contacted by the management so I can explain in detail! I hade also book a baby car seat but it was a joke the one I got . Poor lack of service is the biggest on I got shouted at and the guy told me to fuck off

La société Goldcar n'est pas une société de location de voitures sérieuses. A mon arrivée à l'aéroport ils m'ont obligé à prendre des assurances complémentaires que je ne voulais pas. Si je ne les prenais pas ils ne me louaient pas le véhicule. Le véhicule que je voulais n'était pas disponible, ils m'ont également à prendre une voiture de catégorie supérieure. Après vérification du contrat écrit en turque, j'ai vu qu'il m'avait été facturé des frais d'aller simple supplémentaires alors que c'était compris dans ma location. Au total la location m'est revenu 3 fois plus cher que le prix initial (c'est du vol).

Easyrents est une agence sérieuse, cela fait plusieurs fois que je passe avec eux. Par contre je suis très déçu du prestataire GOLDCAR qui ne respecte pas les contrats

It was easy to book the vehicle and it was a very good price. Car was very clean and suitable for our needs.

To be sure to find our way in Turkey we rent a GPS for 42 € . It was not working correctly and we lost 2 hours to find our location because it gave us a wrong way. On many times we had to find our way alone. On drop-off the guy was not abble to give us any explanation

Paid extra to get upgraded, and got disappointed, car was old, 47000 miles on the clock, damager everywhere, not even with Bluetooth

Excellent rent a car company!

We had to buy the budget insurance before we could take the car even though we had already another insurance package which insured everything possible from minor scuffs and scratches to total right offs

Should fully inspect the car before pick up.

I return car with full petrol tank and until today my money is not released which is AED 383.

Excellent service

Budget pushed to buy additional insurances even though they saw they were all covered by Easyrentcars. They still insisted their insurances are better. The car had about 40K km mileage, nothing exceptional.

Pros- OK car and good price. Cons- Very pushy about purchasing the extra insurance at pick up. Went as far as lying to get us to purchase it. At the drop off we had to pay a "parking fee" when we returned the car in Izmir. We were never told we had to call the car rental company at the parking gate and therefore had to pay for parking.

On arriving at the aiport I was expecting to be picked up as I was told it was a meet and greet by Easyrentcars. No one was waiting for me on my arrival so I walked up to the Car office which is not too far thankfully about 5 mins walk. On arrival I waited 45 mins to get my car. It seemed that I had been overlooked and my car was not ready despite me arrving 15 mins later then my reservation time. I was disappointed in the time it took to get my car but I was still pleased with the service of the staff as they allowed me to drop off the car later since I had recieved it late and also did drop me off to Terminal 2 which is about a 5 min drive away and I was unaware it was not the same international terminal I had arrive near. So I was grateful for the service despite the initial disappointing first impression. The car was scraoed up a little but what I would say is if you are driving in another country where you are not used to it is always best to not get a pristine car as anything from chips from the road flying at the car, other road users or your inexperience of friving on the right hand side could damage the car. All in all I would recommend the Cizgi based on value, service and teh car they give you.

The website was easy to use, staff contact you wuickly with any questions you need answered and it defo give you a great price.

All good. I was worry to rent car from GoldCar as not so good opinions but I need to say I never have any problems with renting car in Turkey. Perfect ! Thank you
