you are cheater. you gave me stinky car and after end of rental periods(just 3 days) you blamed me for stink. you are unfair. you blamed me lying for just earn more 15 dollars(cleaning fee).
Like: we actual got a free upgrade to a better spec car that we had booked. Staff were friendly and we worked out most things easily, even though they did not speak much English.

Dislike: Car rental drop off location is at terminal 1, my flight was at terminal 2, so was bit of a headache getting to the other side of the airport in a taxi/with luggage, no shuttle service. Other than this, everything else was fine.
Like: Nifty little car. Used hardly any diesel at all despite doing 600+km. plenty of space for the four of us, 2 large suitcases and 3 smaller ones. Dislike: Needed some better directions to the pick up and drop off. The guys from the desk had to come over and pick us up.
