The car was excellent ! The staff was super helpful. Really lovely and service oriented people. Specifically, Jodi who helped us with our car is amazing !

I received a Link&go which is a high tech/computerized car. No explanation regarding the use of the car or the computer. At drop off the man did not know how to work the computer either and was asking us where he could find the total mileage? We lost precious time there!!

Car exceeded my expectations! Very clean and very low mileage. Less the 6 months old. I didn't like being charged extra for winter tyres. I had mentioned I was driving Luxembourg time I was paying for the car. Its beyond their control, just miscommunication. I will give them 9.75 out of 10

Very competitive pricing and good range of options. Well tailored cars for my options.

Fair rental price becomes expensive with all the additional charges. Poor service, employees have serious attitude problems.

Brand new car, great service upon pick up and drop off

Received a Mazda 3, great car. Slightly small, but comfortable for 3 adults

When dropping off the car I was presented with another bill to pay and as running for flight did not have time to question what was all about. I have since emailed and awaiting response. I am still to understand the costs being presented. Just another point not sure if it was the road or car but you may want to check the tracking/balancing as car kept trying to go to the right so made it a little awkward at times. Also after driving for a day, I had to take to garage to check tyre pressure and informed incorrect valve was fitted - I paid for this to be replaced on driver front type.

Car was new and perfect

Very dirty car with mud both inside and outside. Horrible cigarette smoke. Had to buy a spray can to get it somewhat under control. Got 3 euros back for spray can thats it. Got a headache from the bad smell. I should have rejected this car and Hertz should have never put it up for rent. No more Hertz NL for me.

This is the second similar car I have hired and the spec on the car is low. It is a full size car but has minimal extras that would be typical for a car of that class. There was no speed sensitive cruise control as an example. I hired a volve S60 earlier and it had extras that would be typical for the car type but the Mercedes didn’t.

The car we ordered wasn't available, nor a similar sized car. We ended up squeezing into a smaller car.

The car was small and not that peppy but very good on gas mileage!

As we rent cars regularly this pick-up and drop-off were the most efficient to date!!! Very well organized all the way around.
