“Horrible experience at the counter, but good car.”
About GREEN MOTION: 8.7 /10
They required an insurance proof which I didn't have on me, so I was forced to had a 200$ insurance for a 5 days location. The package for the toll road at 60$ for 5 days is excessive ! The price for additionnal driver is also excessive at 127$ for 5 days, since it is more expensive than the location itself. In summarry, Green motion annonce low rate, but ounce at the counter you need to pay a LOT more. First and last time with Green Motion for me.

“I would never use this company again!”

The car was not mechanically sound. You could not drive it over 55 mph. Counter help did not know what they were doing. I never got my contract that they were suppose to send me on email. No receipt. The price did not include what major car companies waived. (extra driver, toll roads, etc) Paid $35 for tolls that I used $3,50.

“HOLD ON CREDIT CARD”

We turned in our car on 6/2 and we still have a hold for $500.00 on our credit card. Process to check in was ridiculous. They tried to up sell at every opportunity. Very bad experience especially since I already reserved the card & checked the items I wanted.

Dislike: The first shuttle driver came stoped for 1min didn't even bother to get out the car or open his door to see if anyone needed to get in and took off empty
