Customer service was amazing. Such friendly staff. Loved it. Will rent from them again!

Got overcharge for a mistake made on booking. Tried to explain but had little success.

Staff was courteous

The car had some scratches and dents, but otherwise it was fine. Picking up my vehicle was smoothe. Dropping off, had a bit of a wait to get to the airport. First said it would be 5 minutes. I waited at least 5 minutes, then said it would be an additional 10 minutes. When I indicated I really needed to make my flight, then then took me to the airport. Other than that I think Yesaway is great, better than any Car Rental I have ever experienced. Prices are quite reasonable and hoping them keep them that way. Would like to see a little more customer service available at the counter when walking in. Overall the place seems empty, but the upside is that there isn't a huge crowd to compete with time wise. Overall I would give Yesaway a 9.8. I am very happy with them and would like to make this my Car Rental of Choice. Like: This was such an easy experience. They were efficient, kind, and made sure we were happy. They even left an umbrella in the car for us in case it rained! Will definitely use again and have already recommended!
