I am new to Qeeq.com. Customer Service is very helpful and friendly. Other than the ap giving me a bit of a challenge, I am very happy with this new Rental experience. I am a diamond member now and have gotten amazing deals! I have a few more upcoming rentals and am looking forward to all of them.

There were only 2 people at the counter. They were on the phone constantly so not focused on customers in front of them. There were 2 people in front of me in line and it took at least 45 minutes to be served. Once we drove off the lot the flat tire sensor came on so we had to go back and get a different car. People returning cars had to stand in the same line as checkout.

There was one issue. Instead of "special SUV" Jeep Wrangler, I was given Nissan Rogue, which is mid SUV category. The staff at the counter insisted that Nissan Rogue and Jeep Wrangler are in the same category which is not true because even on their site Wrangler costs more than Rogue. Anyways, they didn't have Wrangler available and I took Rogue. The car was great, but still I would prefer to get what I booked - Jeep Wrangler.
